Job Description: One Hope Church of Christ is currently looking for an associate minister that can assist our lead minister with needs of our growing congregation.
Job Requirements: Must be grounded in God's truths through scripture. Must have experience preaching and teaching these truths. Must be able to delegate work load and congregational needs effectively when needed. One Hope is full of very involved leadership and families ready and willing to help out. Must be familiar with working with youth as well as adults and be familiar with the specific needs of a functional youth group. Must be mission minded when it comes to the local area just as much as the mission field abroad. This would pertain to local outreach and involvement. This position would need someone who is familiar with this process and knows how to reach out to the community and follow up.
