Job Description: Located in Central CT, we are a congregation of 130 members strong and greatly enjoy our living example of diversity: we are a generationally, culturally, racially, socioeconomically, and linguistically diverse body of believers. Yet we are firmly aligned on God’s Truth, love, and plan of salvation. For over 50 years we have worshipped together in the Waterbury, CT community and now anticipate the arrival of our next Lead Minister as we continue to experience a revival amongst the church body.
