Job Description: As our full time minister you will preach Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings and help teach Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Bible classes, rotating with the elders and other teachers. Establish a schedule of at least 20 hours a week dedicated to Bible study and preaching/teaching preparation. Meet with the elders on a regular basis. Actively work to build relationships with all members of the Warrensburg church family. Be willing/able to study the Bible with individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of evangelizing. This position has full salary compensation that is competitive, including vacation time and the opportunity to attend professional development events.
Job Requirements: We would like the applicant to demonstrate the following characteristics: Follow God and our elders. Preach and teach God's Word. A good one on one and face to face communicator. He and his wife (if applicable) be hospitable and she support his ministry. Be willing and able to evangelize (reconcile people to Christ). Be humble and can work with all age groups in our church family.
