About LynnAnne

Like many undergraduate students, when I started college I was unsure of which major to choose. I changed my mind several times before I realized the common theme among all my choices was that I wanted to "help" people. I graduated with a degree in communications because I dreamed of one day doing public speaking on a regular basis, but I fulfilled my desire to become a "helper" by obtaining a graduate education in marriage and family therapy. I now live both of my dreams by speaking in both the classroom and in the community about how to have stronger relationships with others.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas. I specialize in couple's therapy, utilizing an attachment based therapy called Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy.
