Job Description: Women’s Protective Services has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Children’s Advocate/Counselor. The Full-Time Children’s Advocate/Counselor assumes the responsibility to lead children’s play therapy groups, assist clients with school enrollment/setting up bus transportation/school supplies, assist and communicate with volunteer organizations/maintain volunteer hour logs, and organize children’s events throughout the year and outings for summer. This position will also involve individual counseling sessions with adults and children. 

The position will be considered full-time and will include benefits. The position requires a Master’s Degree in Counseling or other mental health related degree. Given the counseling element, applicants must have appropriate licensure. LPC-Associates are encouraged to apply as well. Bilingual preferred. No phone calls will be accepted

Job Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling or related field
Licensure (LPC, LMFT, LPC-Associate)
Bilingual Preferred
