Job Description: Contact Representative (Customer Service Representatives): assist the public by answering a wide variety of questions, conducting interviews, investigating situations, and resolving issues. These employees make determinations that affect a claimant’s ongoing eligibility for Social Security benefits.
Job Requirements: To qualify, you must be a U.S. citizen by birth or Naturalization, have excellent communication skills & ability to deal with the public, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a degree or related experience.
