Job Description: The Starnik Solutions Analyst is simply our software expert. You will play a critical role in quality testing new development and system enhancements, which makes you ideally positioned to also support customers. The Solutions Analyst thoroughly learns the Starnik system, its capabilities, and its potential. They put the system and changes through extensive quality testing, identify any issues or bugs, analyze and find solutions. They respond to customer inquiries, they teach and solve for simple and complex issues. The primary goal for the Solutions Analyst is to achieve excellence in customer care by providing a reliable system that works flawlessly and providing amazing live customer support.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Consistently act with customer satisfaction in mind; maintaining a deep understanding of the industry and customer needs
Learn the software, and keep up with all changes
Stay highly engaged in quality testing, using a systematic approach to solving problems to break into manageable pieces, track the implications of various situations, generate multiple alternatives, and make comparisons of potential solutions before taking action.
Hold yourself and others accountable for meeting timeline and quality standards and escalates issues or concerns appropriately
Meet or beat assigned testing requirements and deadlines
Follows established protocols for ticket documentation
Answer the phone and conduct live online meetings to support customer inquiries; escalating any unresolved issues according to process and procedures
May conduct live demonstrations of the software in support of the Sales Department
Skills and Abilities:
