An Appraiser’s job consists of traveling to different properties throughout the county, interacting with property owners, inputting data obtained while at the properties, and analyzing market sales, in addition to other responsibilities.
A reliable vehicle is required (compensation included).

All the necessary training to become a Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA) in the State of Texas is provided by the Fannin Central Appraisal District, which is a $12,000-$17,000 investment.
