Job Description: Women’s Protective Services has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Substance Abuse Counselor. The Full-Time Substance Abuse Counselor assumes responsibility to assess the need for and provide individual and group counseling services for survivors of family violence who struggle with substance dependence.  The position will be considered full time and will include benefits. The position requires an LCDC. or an LCDC-I and a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or other behavioral science supervision with a valid license (LPC, LPC-A). Bilingual is preferred. No phone calls will be accepted.

Job Requirements: Master's degree in counseling or a related field
Licensure (LPC, LPC-Associate)
LCDC, LCDC-Intern (May also consider an individual in the process of attaining LCDC licensure)
Bilingual Preferred
