Are you a woman in vocational ministry? Whether you are mentoring or discipling behind the scenes, teaching Bible classes, leading ministries, or serving your church in a variety of other ways, you are serving in God's Kingdom. All of these roles are vital to the church, and your ability to serve is directly impacted not only by how well you are equipped, but also how fresh your attitude is.
We want to refresh and equip you! Come be renewed, encouraged, inspired, and nourished at this one-day workshop.

Beverly Ross is the Executive Director of Wise County Counseling Center and a sought-after speaker and international advocate for women’s ministries. She is a certified facilitator of Dr. Brené Brown curriculum. In February 2010, the Ross’s lost their daughter, Jenny. Since then, she has shared her passion for an intentional focus of hope, joy, and peace.
"There is something that happens when women get together in the Name of the Lord! There is a deeper level of conversation, of friendship, and of shared longing. Ministry is one of bravest callings we will ever respond to while our feet are walking on dirt but there are still the whispers, and even shouts, of fear and discouragement. Let’s use our time together this year to gather some practical tools, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, to speak into our fear and live into the courage of His Spirit alive in us."
This conference is made possible through the contributions from congregations and other generous donors. If you would like to learn more about supporting Refresh financially, email Shannon Rains for more information.
