Holly M. Duncan

Holly M. Duncan is the founding CEO of Parkridge, a non-profit pregnancy medical clinic, where she has served for 24 years. Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has served as a national consultant and author for Focus on the Family who published her book Now What? Her many years of expertise in leadership, consulting, and speaking make her a sought after speaker for women’s events and business leadership programs.


Kathrine Lee

Kathrine Lee is the CEO of Pure Hope Foundation, and a business strategist and social activist. She is the creator of a faith-based personal development system, The Ultimate Source and founder of the non-profit, Pure Hope Foundation. You may recognize Kathrine from one of her appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She is a contributing author to the Courageous Women of Faith books (2014, 2016) and has recently published her memoir: Interrupted, The Joy and Mystery of a God-Directed Life 2017.


Wendy Davidson

Wendy Davidson is President of U.S. Specialty Channels for Kellogg North America. She is responsible for leading the $1.5 billion business in numerous distribution channels for Kellogg’s product offerings. She is a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team, as well as other key leadership groups. Previously, Wendy held executive leadership roles with McCormick & Company and Tyson Foods. She serves on various non-profit and educational boards and has received numerous awards including the one of the Top 20 Business Women in Illinois. She resides in Chicagoland area with her husband Thor and two children Änders and Brenna.


Elise Mitchell

Elise Mitchell is the CEO of Mitchell Communications and Dentsu Aegis PR Network. She is an accomplished strategic communications professional and business leader with a social media reach of 18 million. Her company’s client portfolio includes well known brands such as: Walmart, Proctor & Gamble, Kraft, and others. Elise has received numerous national awards and serves on several boards. She is also a wife, mom, motorcyclist, author, and a passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs. Elise wrote Leading Through the Turn: How a Journey Mindset Can Help Leaders Find Success and Significance. She is a frequent keynote speaker on leadership and the secret of savoring the journey of life.
