Tonya is a corporate human resources professional who has quickly become a sought-after speaker and teacher for women and youth ministries. Tonya has led HR functions at corporations such as Interstate Batteries, Walmart, JCP, and Pizza Hut. She helps people use what they have to get where and what they want, working to help people find their purpose and position themselves for greatness. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources from Texas Women’s University. In addition to speaking and teaching, she is also a devoted wife and mother.
Michelle is the superintendent for Frenship ISD. After beginning her teaching career in 1989, Michelle has garnered more than 20 years of educational experience and service to public schools and was named superintendent for Friendship in 2015. She has served as a teacher, counselor, and administrator in schools and has previously worked in Wichita Falls ISD, Pearland ISD, Iowa Park ISD, and Allen ISD. Michelle earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. She is a member of the Lubbock Rotary Club and Wolfforth Lions Club and serves on the Board of Directors for Wolfforth Economic Development Committee and Lubbock Area United Way.

Amy serves as chief executive officer and chief medical officer for Covenant Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Doctor of Medicine in 2004, completing her residency in the TTU Health Sciences Center. Amy worked in pediatrics for five years before becoming CMO of Covenant Children’s in 2013 and being named CEO in 2016. She is a part of numerous professional medical societies and committees, and she has contributed to various publications.
Kathrine Lee is the CEO of Pure Hope Foundation, and a business strategist and social activist. She is the creator of a faith-based personal development system, The Ultimate Source and founder of the non-profit, Pure Hope Foundation. You may recognize Kathrine from one of her appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She is a contributing author to the Courageous Women of Faith books (2014, 2016) and has recently published her memoir: Interrupted, The Joy and Mystery of a God-Directed Life 2017.
Holly served as Ministry Director for Betenbough Homes for 18 years. Her role included developing relationships and financial partnerships with ministries in the Lubbock community and around the world, in addition to leading the company's ministry team. Today, Holly continues to provide mentorship and training for the Betenbough Companies’ Ministry Team and serves on the Board of Directors for Betenbough Companies.
