Encounter was created to encourage and support teenagers as they explore and express their faith in an unfailing God.
Interactive classes combined with vibrant devotionals, up-lifting evenings of worship and powerful keynote speakers create a camp experience unlike any other.
Evening entertainment proves to be the perfect way to end each day. One night you can relax and enjoy a comedian, another you'll rock out to a nationally touring band. To put it simply...you will never find another camp like Encounter!

Pine Springs is located south of Cloudcroft, New Mexico in the Sacramento Mountains of Lincoln National Forest. Now in its 49th year, Pine Springs serves young people from across the Southwest region of the United States.
Pine Springs offers ten one-week sessions during the summer. It is under the supervision of a different director each week. These directors reflect the uniqueness of their home congregation in curriculum, classes and worship services.
Each session is staffed by dedicated preachers, youth ministers and Bible class teachers who volunteer their time. Camp counselors are university students who are carefully selected from LCU's student body.
Groups are welcome to schedule retreats and meetings at Pine Springs. The camp is available March to November except the weeks of summer camp sessions. The group fee structure is $30 per day per person. Partial rates are $10 per night for lodging, $6 for breakfast, $7 for lunch, and $7 for dinner.
