Lubbock Christian University Athletics will play host to the third annual ChapNation Live event Tuesday evening, Aug. 28, inside Rip Griffin Center. ChapNation Live will provide Lubbock Christian University followers the opportunity to meet the student athletes for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. The Tuesday night event will also serve as an opportunity for Chaparral fans to purchase or renew season passes and pick their seats for events in the 2018-2019 athletic year. Season tickets will be on sale for only $75, which includes all regular season home events for every LCU sport.
Fans will be treated to a variety of festivities including the introduction of the new Lubbock Christian University Cheer Squad, a three-point contest, a celebrity knockout game, and a fiercely competitive free throw shootout between LCU President Tim Perrin and Lubbock City Mayor Dan Pope.
West Crust Pizza will provide dinner for those in attendance. Further, all current Lubbock Christian coaches and student-athletes will be available for meet-and-greet sessions and autographs. The event is free to the general public with doors opening at 6 p.m. and wrapping up at 7:30 p.m.
