The Lubbock Christian University on-campus summer camp festivities began with <link https: lcucamps.com encounter _blank internal link in current>Encounter: a week-long camp created for high-school-aged campers to experience faith, grow in fellowship, and encounter God. From June 10 - 16, LCU welcomed over 500 high school campers. Throughout each day, campers were encouraged to praise in uplifting group worship sessions, challenged to think critically about faith in interactive class experiences and though impactful keynote speakers, and offered unique entertainment opportunities throughout the week. Encounter blends spiritually deep experiences and unique entertainment to help campers connect with each other and with the Lord.
