Lubbock Christian University will offer a new Master of Science in Management beginning in Spring 2027, providing graduate students from a variety of undergraduate backgrounds with an opportunity to develop advanced management and leadership skills that can be applied across industries.
The 30-credit-hour program is designed for professionals and students who want to deepen their understanding of business management, regardless of their undergraduate field of study. The program is planned for online, asynchronous delivery through 16-week courses, providing flexibility for students balancing graduate education with professional and personal responsibilities.

I'm excited that the Master of Science in Management opens that opportunity to professionals from many fields who are ready to step into greater leadership, and I can't wait to see the difference they will make.”
The curriculum will include 15 hours of required management coursework, nine hours of graduate business electives and a six-hour specialization in either Leadership or Nonprofit Management. Students will study organizational behavior, strategic thinking, leadership, business law, finance, accounting, marketing and faith-informed managerial decision-making.

Effective leadership is a key to successful organizations, and I believe the LCU College of Business can play an important role developing managers and leaders for businesses and nonprofit organizations for West Texas.”
Students may pursue the Master of Science in Management as a standalone graduate degree. LCU undergraduate students may also have the opportunity to combine the master's degree with qualifying bachelor's degree programs through a 150-hour undergraduate and graduate pathway.
The program is designed to serve students with a wide range of undergraduate degrees, creating an opportunity for professionals in fields beyond traditional business disciplines to build their management expertise and prepare for leadership roles within their organizations and industries.
