Lubbock Christian University invites the community to enjoy the timeless Broadway classic Hello, Dolly! as the University's annual summer musical takes the stage July 24-26 in the McDonald Moody Auditorium on the LCU campus. 

Directed by Dr. Laurie Doyle, Helen DeVitt Jones Endowed Chair of Fine Arts and Professor of Fine Arts, this year's production brings together a talented cast of LCU alumni, former students, current students, and friends of the University. The annual summer musical has become a cherished tradition, celebrating the collaborative spirit of the LCU theatre community across generations. 

Performances will be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 24-26, at 7:30 p.m. 

Set in turn-of-the-century New York City, Hello, Dolly! follows the adventures of the irrepressible matchmaker Dolly Levi as she orchestrates romances, dispenses life advice, and searches for happiness herself. Packed with humor, heart, dazzling choreography, and beloved songs including "Before the Parade Passes By," "It Only Takes a Moment," and the unforgettable title number, the Tony Award-winning musical remains one of Broadway's most enduring favorites. 

Whether you're a longtime theatre enthusiast or experiencing the show for the first time, Hello, Dolly! promises an evening of laughter, memorable music, and outstanding performances.
