At a luncheon Sep. 27, Matt Bumstead, CEO in residence at LCU, was awarded the <link https: portal.clubrunner.ca sitepage william-tinney-ethics-award>William H. Tinney Ethics in Business Award by the Rotary Club of Metropolitan Lubbock.

The Tinney award was created in 1990 to annually recognize Lubbock citizens who practice service and integrity in their professional and personal lives. Bumstead accepted the award on his 20th wedding anniversary, and his wife, Krista, attended the luncheon with him. “I’m certainly humbled by this generous affirmation;” said Bumstead, “I recognize that the award is recognizing nothing more or less than God’s grace, direction, provision, and love that have surrounded, filled, and carried me throughout my career and life.”
