LCU hosted Dr. Tremper Longman III in the sixth annual Lanier Theological Library Lecture Series on Thursday, Sept. 14.
Dr. Longman, who earned his Ph.D. in ancient Near Eastern studies from Yale University and has authored or co-authored over thirty books and written numerous articles, spoke on, “God is a Warrior: Coming to Terms with Divine Violence in the Old Testament.”
