Dana Harris

Dana Harris is a native Texan from North Richland Hills in the DFW metroplex. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of North Texas. She worked at a software development company, then developed databases at UPS before pivoting to education. She completed her master’s degree in Education and taught technology courses at the high schools in Birdville ISD. In 2022, Dana began the transition to higher education and became an adjunct instructor at LCU and Tarrant County College. Now she is looking forward to a new adventure working on her Ph.D. in Computer Science at Texas Tech and teaching at LCU as a full-time Instructor of Integrated Business Technologies. Outside of work/school, Dana loves road trips, especially if Disney is the destination!
