Don Williams: His Lasting Legacy Dinner & Celebration

Update: The Don Williams: His Lasting Legacy Dinner & Celebration, has been postponed due to Dr. Williams’ Covid illness and rescheduled for Tuesday, October 21. Doc is regretful for the inconvenience this change may have caused, but we have assured him that his health and recovery are our top priority, and we want him feeling well so he can fully enjoy this special evening. If you are a ticket holder, please reconfirm your attendance for the new date.

If you have questions about the event email Terri.Warren@LCU.edu or call 806.720.7219.

Spanning every presidency in LCU’s history, Don Williams’ influence has shaped generations of students—on stage, in the classroom, and throughout the life of the university. This event is not a retirement celebration, but rather a special opportunity to honor his decades of faithful service and lasting impact. Don remains an active part of the LCU community today, continuing to teach and contribute to theatre productions. Join us for a dinner in his honor, followed by a dedication ceremony officially naming the theatre in the C.L. Kay Christian Development Center as the Don Williams Theatre.
