  • Attend NCAA II athletic events and tailgating
  • Experience rich traditions including our annual Homecoming show, Master Follies—a competition of student-produced shows put on by campus social clubs telling humorous stories and featuring LCU’s most talented voices

  • 11:15 - Meet and Greet in the Cardwell Welcome Center Rotunda
  • 12:00 - Lunch in the Café 
  • 1:00 - Lady Chaps Basketball game
  • 3:00 - Master Follies Show or Men's Chap Basketball Game
  • 5:00 - Closing with Admissions
  • 5:30 - Wrap up — Explore Lubbock on your own
    Dinner Challenge:  EAT LOCAL at one of our Community Partners.

Sunday, Feb. 19, 2023

  • 8:30-9:15 - Campus worship opportunity in the Cardwell Welcome Center or attend a local congregation on your own.
  • 1:00 - LCU Chaps Baseball game
  • 3:30 - Academic Excellence with Dr. Kent Gallaher
  • 5:30-8:30 - Dinner, bowling, and putt-putt at Main Event (student only event)

How Do I Receive Travel Reimbursement through Destination LCU?

  1. Register for a Chap Preview Day.
  2. Make your travel arrangements and keep receipts. You may make your own arrangements and we’ll reimburse you. Make sure you keep all receipts related to the travel you’d like to have reimbursed.
  3. If you haven’t already applied to LCU, apply today.
  4. Attend Chap Preview Day or Visit Campus.
  5. Fill out a Reimbursement Form and follow instructions included on form.
  6. Receive a check. Checks usually take 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery.
