Mail Services

Just moved on campus? The Chap Store is your one stop shop for course materials, LCU gear, and mail services.

How It Works

All incoming mail must be received by the Chap Store staff. Once it is received, an automated email will be sent to notify you that you have received a piece of mail or a package and should go to the Chap Store to pick it up. Automated emails will repeat once per day until the item has been picked up.

How Do I Pick Up My Mail?

To pick up mail, you must present your student ID at the counter. Students are not allowed to pick up mail for others without the express written permission of the mail recipient. This permission must be sent by the recipient to the Chap Store via email or physical note.

How Do I Send Mail?

Mail can be sent via USPS, UPS, and FedEx via the Chap Store. Stamps are available for purchase individually or by book. Letters should be addressed in legible, proper format with a legible return address in the upper left corner of the envelope.

What Address Should Be Used for Incoming Mail?

All incoming mail should be addressed as:

[Recipient Name] [Last 4 digits of Student ID if applicable]
[Department Name if applicable]
5601 19th St.
Lubbock, TX 79407
