Criminal Justice Mission Statement

The Criminal Justice Program at Lubbock Christian University provides students with a comprehensive and quality Christian education that guides and edifies future criminal justice professionals to “act justly, love mercy and walk humbly.” (Micah 6:8)  Students develop logical and analytical reasoning skills; effective oral and written communication and advocacy skills; moral and ethical professionalism; an aptitude for leadership; knowledge of the application of law, social sciences, and natural sciences to the challenges presented by criminal activity; and an appreciation of the roles of criminal justice professionals as contributing members of society and faithful public servants in an ever-changing world.

Bachelor of Criminal Justice

Your degree in criminal justice will prepare you to deal with the challenges of law enforcement in a changing society. You will learn about the entire criminal justice system as well as ethical behavior, critical thinking and professional communication skills in written and oral formats.
