Incidents of suspected hazing should be reported to the Student Life office located upstairs in the Mabee Student Life Building (SUB), by phone at 806.720.7501, or online through the reporting link below. If you choose to provide contact information, a university official may contact you to gather additional information and/or ensure access to helpful resources. Anonymous reporting is an option. However, anonymous reports may limit our ability to fully respond to the reported incident. Contact the Dean of Students for questions regarding reporting, the policy, and available resources.

Do not use the online reporting form in emergency situations. If an emergency response is needed, dial 911. For non-emergency assistance, please contact Public Safety at 806.928.6803 (available 24 hours).
