Your Health

The Student Health Office

At LCU, we deeply care about the well-being of our students. Check out the healthcare resources and services available through the Student Health Office, located right here on campus.

The Counseling Center

We are also very conscious of the mental health needs of our students. Our counseling center has a qualified staff of caring professionals, directed and supervised by a Licensed Professional Counselor. They serve to help students cope with a variety of pressures that are brought on by the challenges of being a college student.

Your Safety

LCU Department of Public Safety

We're on patrol 24/7/365 around campus and safety is a top priority. When a student comes to LCU, we want it to be with the peace of mind that we are diligently working behind the scenes so they feel confident in the services we offer for their health and safety. We also have a great working relationship with the Lubbock Police Department.

Clery Reports

LCU aims to be transparent about who we are, and that approach extends to the safety of our campus. In accordance with federal law, we provide annual reports about crime, fire, and security occurrences on our campus.

Title IX

Lubbock Christian University is committed to creating and providing an atmosphere in which all of our students can engage fully in the learning process without fear of harassment. LCU is open to persons regardless of race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, or disabled condition who are otherwise eligible for admission as students.  In accordance with Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SaVE), and other federal and state law, LCU prohibits discrimination based on sex and sexual harassment.
