Lubbock Christian University is committed to creating and providing an atmosphere in which all of our students can engage fully in the learning process without fear of harassment. To this end, we expect all members of the university community, including faculty, staff, students, and third parties, to understand that harassment or violence in any form is not tolerated. LCU is open to persons regardless of race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, or disabled condition who are otherwise eligible for admission as students. In accordance with Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SaVE), and other federal and state law, LCU prohibits discrimination based on sex and sexual harassment.
