This leadership program provides you with the expertise needed to meet the demands of 21st century learners through research, development, and implementation of effective curriculum and related instructional strategies.

Through this graduate program, you will apply research-based strategies to:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your current curriculum and instruction programs, as well as identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Design effective curriculum and instruction programs that engage, encourage, and motivate learners in a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop leadership skills to engage the community in support of student learning and to advocate for the success of all students
  • Develop a professional development plan to empower and engage faculty and staff to make a difference in the lives of children

Additionally, throughout the program, you will develop a professional portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
