This leadership program provides you with the expertise needed to meet the demands of 21^st century learners through research, development, and implementation of effective curriculum and related instructional strategies.

Through this graduate program, you will apply research-based strategies to:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of your current curriculum and instruction programs, as well as identify strengths and weaknesses
• Design effective curriculum and instruction programs that engage, encourage, and motivate learners in a safe and supportive environment
• Develop leadership skills to engage the community in support of student learning and to advocate for the success of all students
• Develop a professional development plan to empower and engage faculty and staff to make a difference in the lives of children

Additionally, throughout the program, you will develop a professional portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
