Spring 2017 Enrollment Numbers Increased from 2016

The spring semester of 2017 enrollment at Lubbock Christian University with a two percent increase over spring 2016.

“In only six decades, the university has enjoyed remarkable growth and development, and we give thanks for all those who have sacrificed and given so much to make LCU what it is today,” said President Tim Perrin.

In spring 2017, LCU has been blessed with 1,775 enrolled students. Of these, 1,069 students are regular, full-time undergraduates. Including new freshmen, transfer, and readmitted students, 154 new undergraduates began in the spring. Graduate students comprise 431 of the total enrollment.

LCU has maintained consistent overall enrollment throughout the past five years, which allows stability for the university from year to year.

“This is an exciting time at LCU as we continue to expand and enhance our campus, offer our students life-changing experiences both in and out of the classroom, and deepen our commitment to our mission,” said President Perrin. “It’s a great day to be a Chap!”
