Graduate Students in Class

A Message from the Dean

Dr. Jesse Long

The Alfred and Patricia Smith College of Biblical Studies has a long history of preparing students for success in ministry. For over fifty years, we have trained students for a variety of ministry opportunities, including, but not limited to, preaching, youth ministry, missions, and the ministry of scholarship.

Since the late 1980s, our curricular offerings have included graduate programs in Bible and Ministry. We now offer four graduate degrees in Smith College, all of which can be completed in a substantially on-line format. If you are interested in taking advantage of the opportunities for preparation in ministry, please contact Donna Taylor.

We continue to thank God for his grace toward us and pray that he will use us all for his purposes.

Jesse C. Long, Ph.D.
Dean, Alfred and Patricia Smith College of Biblical Studies

Welcome from the Administrative Director

Hi, I'm Donna Taylor and I am the Administrative Director of the Graduate Programs in Ministry at LCU. On the following pages, or by using the links below, you will find program descriptions. You will also learn information about us and how we can help you accomplish your goals in ministry.

I'm the one you will talk to when you call about our programs. I also advise students and help them complete their academic plans. I like students and do everything I can to help make going to school from a distance an enjoyable experience. I am a excellent listener and a skilled problem-solver. I have helped move many students from their first class to graduation.

Thank you for your interest in graduate ministry programs at Lubbock Christian University. You can contact me at 806.720.7662 or Donna.Taylor@lcu.edu, or complete the form below.
