School of Business:
The School of Business is the largest undergraduate academic unit at Lubbock Christian University with approximately 275 students, offering Bachelor’s degrees in the following majors: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems and Technology, Management Information Systems, Digital Media Arts and Business Administration (emphases in Management, Marketing, Agribusiness and Business Administration). Additionally, the School of Business offers a Master of Accounting (MAcc). The LCU School of Business is currently a candidate for accreditation with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
The dean reports to the Provost and will work closely with other senior academic officers of the University. Specific responsibilities include:
Interested applicants must complete a Faculty application. Submit a letter of interest, a current curriculum vita, official transcripts of all university work, and four unique documents detailing the applicant’s: 1) philosophy of the integration of faith and learning, 2) philosophy of teaching, 3) philosophy of scholarly activity, and 4) philosophy of service as email attachments to Dr. Toby Rogers, Dean, College of Professional Studies (firstname.lastname@example.org). Three letters of recommendation should be sent by references directly to Dr. Rogers. The search begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled or closed.
